Austons Down offers a superb retreat. The spacious room felt luxurious, featuring a large en-suite with a stunning shower and bath. I loved the personal refrigerator stocked with fresh milk and water. The breakfast was delightful, with plenty of options that set the day off right. Beautiful grounds surrounded the property, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Lucy and John went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. the complimentary tray in the room could use a few more items for two people. navigating the complex rural roads to reach the property presented some challenges.

Spacious en-suite with a super shower and large bath. Unique grounds offering beautiful views and a personal fridge stocked with bottled water and milk outside the room.
Complimentary tray lacking sufficient items for two people. Breakfast options restricted, notably absent staples like white bread and English mustard. Limited variety could be improved, especially considering the price point of £145 for a single night.

Had a lovely spacious room and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful grounds. The decor was charming with lovely antiques that made it feel homely. A cozy atmosphere and I appreciated the tea served outside in the pagoda!
Finding the place was like a mini-adventure. I almost needed a GPS just to locate my own room! And I must say, the complimentary tray was so sparse it could've doubled as a diet plan.
